I really love the transition from Danny being suspicious of Raymond (because why would this random PI be so insistent on knowing about his family?) to the awful realization that Raymond technically IS family and HOLY HELL his family is way more messed up than he previously thought. The East family drama just never ends.

I mean it kind of lines up, given how the Colts were in the AFC East before division realignment. The part of Raymond "leaving" refers to the Colts leaving the AFC East for the newly-created AFC South.
@justinturley7071 Жыл бұрын
The Colts storyline is the last East storyline of the show. In seasons 1 and 2 we got the storyline of the old NFC East with the Cowboys, Redskins, Eagles, Giants and Cardinals. In seasons 1 and 3 we have now gotten the full storyline of the AFC East, the Patriots, Bills, Colts, Jets and Dolphins. Now the question is when is Grossi going to reveal the storyline of the Falcons, Saints and Panthers being apart of the NFC West. The Central/North storylines will follow next season and it will center storylines about these teams, NFC Central/North Packers, Bears, Vikings, Lions and Buccaneers, the AFC Central/North storylines will center around these teams, Ravens, Steelers, Bengals, Browns, Houston Oilers/Tennessee Oilers/Tennessee Titans, and Jaguars.

I'm clearly dropping in the middle of character development here but the script and dialogue is so damned good that I can actually follow along despite coming in late. Bravo Tom, that takes some good writing and a knack for character drama that most lack - specifically in the dialogue. There's not to much ranting or long speeches. The dialogue feel plausible, believable, that the characters have an established history. I mean sure, due to the nature of the films here - virtually everything has to be presented via dialogue due to set limitations and lack of props, so you can't do that much visual storytelling but it's amazing how well the writing is done. It doesn't get boring or drag on, keeps interest just enough. I think it's spectacular work.
