Uhm she did mention facts though... the justice system is not consistent and research has shown the death penalty does not serve as a deterrent. This was a debate in my government class and the evidence is there. You just have to do your research. Also, miller has a point, how can you be prolife and then advocate for the death penalty? You realize there have been executions of people who were unjustly killed? It makes no sense. Also, you said she interrupts and talks over her, watch the video? Who talks more? Conservative women usually live by a set of internal rules and standards which allows them to be free to be women who enjoy doing feminine things. They are comfortable with the rules they set for themselves and can easily set up their life around them. Progressive women usually live by values of complete freedom and social trends which allows them to make up their own rules of hygiene and "objective" (subjective) beauty standards. Someone’s orientation, does not effect their qualifications. It can effect their viewpoints on certain policies, but wether they are qualified for the position has nothing to do with their orientation, just like their skin color, their age (while older people can potentially have more experience and knowledge just by being older, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s always the case), religious views etc. So to make it a big deal that he’s gay, is somewhat homophobic in a reverse manner.
