They were in my check in box. Wigs are 100 percent safe. They can be anywhere. Hand luggage, cargo ( Air or Sea), etc

The rates change - of course inflation, it was N550 BY Sea and by Air it was N2700 PER KG when I did some months ago, yes you can pack picture frames
