I like the back suspenion style and i like the steering link in the front that is above the axle so you will not hang up in obstacles. The car has flex , i can't understand why people may don't like this style of suspension. This car has settings that other more expensive don't have. Don't complain guys , the model is very nice balanced. Front motor position also , what else do you want in this price . There are some other crawlers that cost a bit more than 400 dollars and they don't have the steering link above the axle and tbey don't have this style of suspention. It's fine model i like it for real.

Regarding branding, FTX is a brand owned by CMl Distribution in the UK, most of their car range comes from HSP and River Hobby, who will rebrand their products with your own name if you buy enough of them. The RGT brand is owned by High Speed Hobby Co, who sell most of their budget cars under their HSP brand. This crawler is manufactured by HSP, HSP then use the RGT brand to sell their crawlers separate from their main brands.

Can finally say I got one in the metallic green. It's been awesome running it , went pretty much everywhere I put it. Changed it to a 1080 , alot more control. Couple of lil tumbles but all good. Stock tyres in the woods were surprisingly decent

Ftx outlaw ftx zorro, am surprised that most rc KZbin channels are not reviewing these rc off vehicles i have a zorro and outlaw i brought brushed versions but upgraded them to brushless they and very strong the only thing though is the brushed motors in my view are not good but apart from that am loving em,lol , ian

Pretty decent little rig there! I never understood why they make the turn signals blink. NO one ever uses their turn signals like that when they are crawling. It would be cool if they had a mode where all the lights just stayed ON and another so turn signals worked when you were stopped or going slow with wheels turned. Would be cool for realism and role playing!

Nice truck, excellent review 👍 GT85 is my goto for the motorbike too. The decent nozzle produces a fine mist so it's easier to apply than ACF50. It's also a fraction of the price. It's compatible with plastics and rubber. The ptfe in it helps moisture dispersion too. Just be careful not to get it on brake discs as I did. First ride after winter and on first brake application I nearly went straight on at a junction 😂. That wss fun. Character building as they say 😉😂

I took one of the links out of the RGT... doesn't need 4... and actually reduces the amount of droop on one side

Hi has anyone had issues with the lights, my headlamps seem to stay on all the time but channel 4 switch is meant to change the operation and when turning left the steering has to be almost at maximum lock before indicating light comes on??

Thanks for your review, have they already improved the turning radius on this model? I know from experience that the RGT / FTX models suffer from a large turning radius.

Yeah it’s not the greatest to be honest, I’m not sure if there is any ‘hacks’ to get more out of it

@@TomleyRC You can file a bit of the limiters on the steering knuckle, use a wider hex hub and twist the front lower connecting cables closer to the center so that the wheels do not rub.
