Thanks for posting this, I really appreciate it. I’m a new mom who exclusively breast-feeds going on eight months now. I’ve gotten so much advice just to switch to formula because it’s easier. I am so proud year I have the most healthy baby drinking from my boob while I sip a hot cup of coffee!!!

What the hell were they thinking!? What tone deaf individual thought that statement was a good idea!? And anyway taking time to feed your baby, even when it takes up a “considerable amount of time” is the job of a mother! It’s literally what we signed up for! Whether breastfed or not feeding babies take time and breastfeeding is a labor of love. I bet some childless man wrote that I can’t imagine any sane parent thinking that statement was in any way appropriate.

Omg I agree with everthing. Kids are time intensive regardless: people need to stop blaming breastfeeding.

Probably someone with a penis and then another person with a penis reviewed the description of the formula and said yes, that sounds great!.....What an absolute JOKE!!

🤯🤯😬Hearing that is so upsetting!! I have fought so hard to nurse my third baby 11 years after our middle son. It has been a rough road that included 100% supplementation in the very beginning. Now that I’m back to work, traveling for work, and in meetings, it’s much more difficult to continue....but I’m NOT stopping if I can help it. We should all be entitled to our own opinions and do what’s best for our babies. If that means nursing and pumping, then so be it. I have learned that as more women enter the workforce, we must make it more convenient for working moms and continue to spread information (like you’re doing with this channel), otherwise a lot of them may give up in discouragement. It makes me so sad to think about.

Thanks for getting the truth out. Marketing can do so much wrong, but thankfully there are knowledgeable people like you who can set the record straight. Thank you! You are the bees knees. Btw, love the glasses.

Ughh this makes me so mad 🤬 The sad thing is, I have several friends who had babies and formula fed who said the same things to me trying to get me to switch. I love being my baby’s sole source of nutrition. I feel so proud to be able to provide her with everything she needs.❤️ breastfeeding is not easy, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It is my greatest accomplishment! 6 months strong and still going!!

Hi! My son is turning 6 months next week and he is getting extremely fuzzy when breastfeeding at evenings , how can you tell is low supply? The rest of his feeding are fine (every2-3 hours) thank you!!
@DoneNaturally3 жыл бұрын
If growth and diapers are on track the fussy can have many other meanings at 6mo.

This makes me equally as angry! It reminds me of immoral advertising tactics to make something (in this case formula and bottle-feeding) appear superior to something else (breastfeeding and not bottle-feeding all the time) in order to sell their product. I hope you wrote a carefully worded letter to the company!!
