I loved the sound of Holy Name as soon as i heard this song. It juat captured me. And then i listened to Fall on Your Knees which I teared up on. I love the sound they have, the balance of hardcore with melodies and beautiful cleans. Great song, great band, great reaction. By chance have you listened to For All Eternity at all?

Aww man. Loved loved loved Sleeping Giant! TITHEMI! HALLELUJAH!! I got all their jam. I was saddened when they retired too, almost angry for real. I was like how can you lay this ministry down? But theirs is a bit different than mine, touring and such. I'm sure it was a difficult decision for some of them at least. I watched their last farewell show. This song is decent. I hope they bring the FIRE! I need it right about now. Some hardcore metal core PRAISE! I will be following these guys closely. Thanks for the heads up brother.

Haha yes awesome Russell! They actually did a farewell documentary, here on youtube and they go into why they were putting Sleeping Giant down and stepping away. But it is great to have this new project!

Ummm Lyrics were refreshing in an Age of Decay. Music was ok not much going on though. Kinda hoped it would be crazy heavy. Oh well

Definitely refreshing lyrics for sure! The end was pretty heavy but I see what you are getting at. I guess with my personal music tastes I have come to appreciate both technical and simple, as long as it sounds good production wise and you can see the sincerity behind it. Tommy hurt his voice a number of years back so I definitely am not expecting much uncleans from him in this.

eh its ok im into heavy music song is ok but it dont do it for me i hope his other songs in the future are more metal songs an not like this nothing against the song but i want heavy songs or at the most a heavier song then this one this was more rock then metal

Pretty sure he will mainly be doing cleans as I am pretty sure hurt his voice way back in like 2013. The last couple SG albums involved mostly cleans from Tommy and guests or other members doing the unclean parts. The end of this song was pretty heavy instrumentation wise!
