Good evening Mylord 😊 Astrid Lindgren songs are so so wonderful and I was just happy to hear Tommy do this. I love your happy smile when Tommy sings swedish folk music. This song was translated into German but it was not the same. I like swedish better....little side note..Emil heter Michel i Tyskland. I hope his continuation will be Ida's somervise. Have a good evening and see you soon😊

Hi, Being Swedish I believe it some, not all, managed to miss that the text is written by Astrid Lindgren, the author of Pippi longstocking ( Pippi långstrump) and the music by Georg Riedel, for the less internationally know film "Emil in Lönneberga". So Astrid is one of the most famous writers of kids books and this text was ok for me when I was a kid. I think I survived even if this film was the first film I ever remembered to see with my grand dad and grand mom. The orginal kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaasiWSdp6t_prs
