You picked a real gem here. All that Tommy does is Tommy. He sings every part himself he produces and he plays all the instruments. Tommy is so multi talented and a very hard working guy. He just left Sabaton to concentrate on his own music with his band Majestica. He plays guitar bass drums flute keyboard/ piano accordion banjo and so on He has plenty of covers on his KZbin channel you should check out. You will not be disappointed Look at his queen covers or " you raise me up( one octave challenge)" It means what it says . He starts an octave higher then original. There is so much for you to discover. Have fun

Thanks for reacting to Tommy. Others told you everything about him, I'll just recommend some of his videos that showcase not only his voice, but also his mastery in guitar playing: Eagle Fly Free (Helloween cover), Over The Hills And Far Away (Gary Moore cover), The Light -Tommy's original song, a re-recording of the first single of his band ReinXeed (called Majestica now). I also highly recommend checking out Majestica, song Above The Sky is a perfect starter

There are touching points to Nightwish, though maybe not the way you think. Bandmate, drummer of his former band Sabaton Hannes Van Dahl is married to Floor Jansen of Nightwish. Tommy is also a masterful music arranger of music and has helped Floor out on some of her solowork. Your certainly one of few reactors, who caught on the ghost aspect in the storyline. Most miss that point. He is a selftaught singer. Listen to his duet with operasinger Kristin Starkey in Fairy Tale of New York. As she is a contra alto Tommy ends up singing the higher part.

Thanks so much. So I'm still unclear though on the storyline. Is he transforming into a ghost? IS HE a ghost? Is it intentionally ambiguous and nobody knows?

Good discovery on your part! and great reaction! There is nothing Tommy can not do, and we love him for it! My favorites are "The Light" (his original), and "Over the Hills and Far Away" (Gary Moore cover) where you'll see what a skilled guitarist he is! Or try one of his funnier ones like "Cotton Eye Joe" and "Ave Maria". Keep going with Tommy and you'll have a sub from me! ❤

Wow. You've stumbled into a huge rabbit hole with Tommy's solo work. He uploads a new video almost every Friday and covers everything from Disney to Celine to metal. He also has a recent collab with Eric Gronwall on Eric's channel that is a Sabaton cover and they plan more collabs. Eric also does a number of covers on his channel. Tommy J does like to add either comical things or background stories. You must pay attention to all the details in his vids and watch to the end (as you saw)!

Thank you for reacting to Tommy! He is such a talented singer and musician. 🥰 I'd recommend She's Gone, The Winner Takes it All (ABBA) or Anthem for a start. And always watch until the end, because Tommy has a great sense of humour. Also, I highly recommend you check out Dan Vasc. He is a metal singer from Brazil and sings everything from metal to opera and inbetween. Start with Amazing Grace as I did and you'll be blown away. 😄 subscribed ✔️
