From what I've heard, it's a bit hard to get permission from John Denver's estate, to do a cover of this song, so good for Tommy! It took quite a long time for Home Free to get their permission, and they were extremely happy when they did. I love Tommy's accent in this one. He did a great job with it...quite different than the usual styles in which it has been sung. Thank you for the reaction. It was great fun! 😀

Well for suggestions i would always go for his rendition of Gary Moores ”Over the hills and far away” ( Gary is the single most influential musician for Tommy, the one that made him want to become a guitarist at age 9).. but if you like power metal and want to check out an original Tommy song I would suggest ”the light 20 year celebration” on his channel. It is a song he wrote at age 14-15 when he started his band ReinXeed (now Majestica). He first recorded it at age 18 and the song was included on his first studio album in 2008. He re-recorded it for the 20 year anniversary of his band ☀️

Just yesterday I came across "Anthem" (from the musical Chess). Tommy sings it so beautifully. Prepare for that last note. 😂 Also, Future World is fantastic. subscribed ✔️
