I am Irish and where I am from we welcome anyone that is a bit eccentric or mad as it breaks the boredom of normal life. I could tell you a million stories of people in my area. Here is one for example A fella who drinks in out pub got a heart attack one day at home. He tried to ring a few a few people but no one answered so he drove himself to the hospital but he went down the coast road as he had no tax and insurance on the car and he wanted to avoid the cops 😂😂😂 Off he drove clutching his chest. Lol

Tommy is one of my favourite comedians. If you watch his own TV program, you'll see he is extremely smart and astute. It's weird to see the character he plays in Derry Girls since he's so completely different. And, no, most Irish people don't yell. They're a very quiet people.
