13:21 Honestly, I'd say Atlantico has the higher DPM potential there. Remember, it basically has a Cheshire +1 turret bolted onto each side plus the American 5 inch guns for the equivalent to a Massachusetts secondary output.

Fun Build, Try Giuseppe with Squid Ink and Stand or Fall.... You get over 60 seconds of smoke and 9km secondaries with Franz and also I use Gowron..

Pretty much nothing. You can pay for it to be converted to GXP. Beyond that it’s pretty much useless

I've had Michelangelo for about a week and a half now and it took me about four or five battles to get the hang of it but now I'm averaging over 100k damage per battle and I really am enjoying the ship it's definitely a high skill ship if you're going to play it effectively where your benefiting yourself and the team
