Well yes it's 50% Tommy fault, he shouldn't have gotten into the prison, but I see why he's doing it, to get rid of someone who's a threat, who's not worth keeping around, and yeah Tommy fucked up by taking his axe out early, if he waited a bit more he could've successfully killed Dream. As much as it's Tommy fault it's also Sam's fault, he should've gotten rid of Dream, not only has Tommy told him the book wasn't worth it, but Quackity told him it wasn't worth keeping Dream alive especially since he could've unleash a bigger threat on the server, and not only that, he lied to Tommy that's no one's been coming to the prison when Quackity has been going for almost a month I suppose, not sure how long it's been in lore time, but it both there faults
