You should check out the World Ablaze mod sometime for HOI 4. It’s a great historical mod that changes the meta for combat widths and also adds in economic fatigue to prevent nonstop wars. It has new focus trees for majors and makes the game more challenging all around.

my only guess can be that there is some game mechanic that possibly detects if the player is romania and if they are taking land in certain places to make sure that germany doesnt block you out of the achievement cause that would be bullshit if it did and you were forced to take on the axis major for a tiny bit of land

I feel that the peace deal result was somehow linked to the fact that Poland was at war with the allies as well as with the axis. While forming their own faction they declared war on one of the Baltic states which were guaranteed by UK and ended up in war with them. Later on, during the peace deal, UK released Poland as an independent country, like the AI usually does. idk though

Gonna be honest that Poland thing is something a part of La Resistance. The german ai is programmed to take all polish cores. With the new DLC (zalzozie?) isn’t counted in that and also the ai will sometimes leave some land in eastern Poland. I’ve seen it several times on historical focuses and actually when I was trying my 30 min of hel achievement. I have not been payed to say this but I wish I was. :)

3:19 bulgaria always summit but there is a change of 10 or 15% to mobilize if you are with someone else in the war ex: Hung(a)ry and they will mobilize and you can annex them , but remember there is a low change.
