It makes so much sense. People just want a fun multiplayer pvp game for a change. Everything is too sweaty in every other game. We finally have a team based game that will actually have strategies and teamwork instead of just camping. The announcer is legendary as well. Reminds me of an old school arena shooter vibe. Unfortunately greed will definitely fuck this game. Nexon funded this game and own almost 80% of the company. Speculated to own 100% of it in a few years time. They're the people trying to sink Ironmace who make Dark and Darker. A SK company that really like mobile games, I wonder why, so within time I reckon the game will be loaded with microtransactions and become a pump and dump. Would definitely get my fun out of it now before the inevitable shit show and founders quit to either make another studio or join another.

My only gripe with the game so far is that because it's teams of 3 or 4, if one teammate is afk or otherwise isn't pulling their weight you will really struggle, and there is no way to vote kick an inactive teammate. The game is clesrly built around teamwork and one bad teammate will reduce your team's effectiveness by 30% with no way to help it other than just leave and requeue

After playing the release for a day, something is different compared to the beta. All my settings were reverted to default. Took 30 minutes to get it right again. All my progress during the beta was lost. Why is the AKM's recoil so wild? The gun goes up half the screen in testing. It needs to be fixed. They didn't nerf the semi auto pistol, they still run around killing people with 3 shots, while it takes 20 shots for an AKM. They need to remove the cloaking ability, unnecessary if you're a good player. They also need to nerf the flamethrower. It caters to low skill plyers that just hold down the flame button. Now on to the new map. Why is it so cluttered? Extremely hard to find your way around the Las Vegas map, way too many stairs and deadends. Cut out half the map and take out the fluff. Just too much going on. And why is Las Vegas always at night? Add a daytime mode. The other maps can be played day or night. Also it seems like the medium class is underpowered. No cloaking ability. At least they could fix the recoil to balance out the medium class, but nope. You need to balance the teams better too. Like don't allow the same class to be ran by all players. If the light players can cloak and move crazy fast then their health should only be at 50. Especially when they have the broken pistol that magically hits even at 100 feet away. And ADD A SECONDARY WEAPON! Why do we only have one gun? Selecting a grenade is more complicated than any other FPS I've ever played. First you have to select the grenade, THEN you throw it, then you manually select your gun again. So clunky. You need to have the abilities separate from the grenades, scrolling the wheel cycles everything, and that's clunky. When you press the scroll wheel the grenade should throw, not be selected. And there's nothing in the settings that fixes that. That has gotten me killed many times. Wasting time scrolling abilities and grenades. So stupid. That seriously needs to be fixed. Just change the settings to allow a one button grenade throw. It's not that complicated. All I can say is thank goodness it's free. Definitely not worth paying for.

This is a great game. I hope they begin to add other really varied modes in too, maybe 6v6, Mini BR, I bet there's other modes that would really suit this game. We played equal amounts of Apex and Finals tonight and had a great time. The two balance out an evening session nicely. Finals is a bit of a one trick pony and gets repetitive fast. Apex has really bad MM right now and its just too sweaty to keep having fun for long. I am so glad we finally have a game to fall back on when Apex is getting us down.
