This whole series is excellent. I spent hours analyzing each mission to discern the sequence to take out every single target without setting off an alarm. This isn't just a "go in guns blazing" shooter. It takes observation and planning.

@0:57 it doesn't require much effort to not set an alarm off lol this is a game for people with low attention span who want to feel like a badass assassin.

I found the AI to be excessively blind. Like they are as distracted as suburban moms on their phones in one hand, baby in other hand and dog following them. Even if a soldier is not looking for anything in particular but just standing around, you do notice movements and silhouettes quite quickly. No-one hears the suppressed gunshots when there is literally no other sound in the environment, especially from the big gun because those are probably not subsonic. And then nobody radios any of the patrols, that's also kind of immersion breaking. Like for these areas, there would definitely be a roll call every 15 - 20 mins. After which everyone should be on alert and even more perceptive of unidentified movement, both audio and visual. So what I am saying is you can actually just "go in guns blazing" because they are dumb and don't raise alarms.

I remember playing The sniper Ghost warrior games over a decade ago as a kid. They were awesome and really immersed you in the feeling of being a sniper. I can't believe these games are still being made

I really loved Sniper Ghost Warrior 2. It was a nice upgrade from the first game, and really refined and focused the core experience to be exclusively about sniping. All you had was a silenced sniper rifle and a suppressed pistol, and you absolutely had to use stealth and careful observation to whittle down the enemies without alerting them.

Love the two dudes talking about nerve agents, so you pull out the deadly gas bow to kill them. As they're on their knees about to die one of them says "how do you know if you've been exposed to it" before passing away. Comedic timing paired with a glitch, nice

For single player FPS off the grid games. This one is on my top 5 along with SGW1, Titan Fall 2 Campaign, RE8, and BulletStorm. Honorable Mentions is the chopper side missions in Far Cry New Dawn where you actually go off map to another place and retrieve or rescue. Not part of the New Dawn game. Those were fun as well like this.

I know that this is an old one, but I have watched it 4 or 5 times now and it is still exciting and fun to watch. I don't play this game as I don't have the time but watching it is still awesome. I realise that there have been no more updates since but, in my humble opinion, although we have seen you complete everything, there just HAS to be more content that you can derive from this game. I know we have seen all the missions but there are so many ways to approach them. I think that there is still plenty of content to be derived from this amazing game and your unique take on how to do things. This is my favorite game. The only thing more fun than playing the game is watching you play it. Dude, you are a master. So satisfying. I am nowhere as good as you. But, I'm 67 and have Glaucoma. One eye is all I have to work with. I don't want you to "Tear Up", but your accent and commentary, as well, as the game play is better than watching the newest blockbuster movie of the year. So much fun. I'm in the middle of playing Contracts 1, for the 5th time. Contracts 2 is so much better. Also love watching you and your Mates play coop games. Never done that. Looks like a lot of fun. Unfortunately, at my age, all the friends I had are all dead. To be honest, they were few and far between. Keep killing the bad guys, "Raven". You seem to have a knack for it.

If this was a real “sniper” game, 45 minutes of this mission would have been you crawling with your face in the dirt, inching yourself along over the rocks, far from any sort of road, with the final 20 seconds being the radio call to an air asset standing by to blast the dude into orbit.

Good Day Mate, I didn't even realize SGWC2 even had some dlc. Thanks so much for the PSA, to let me know. I use Sniper-bot a lil different, find an elevated & hidden position for your bot. It will help if your bot can cover most of the play area too. Hide it in a bush if possible (I've had bot get spotted while doing nothing but waiting to fire.) Then go on about your mission. When you use bot to kill someone enemies will look in bots direction, making your next kill from your position, create all kinds of chaos! Give it a try in one of the missions from 1st game. The 2nd game can still do it, you'll just need to move your bot once or twice (or 3 times) The chaos is worth it! Luv yur vids, keep em coming!

Love the game man, I found it thanks to u actually, 100% SGWC1, played a bit of 2 and I must say that: .45 is quite broken with silencer, i scout before encounter - clear whole camp with pistol and usually snipe main targets in the second game.

I always build my secret, hidden installation entrances with hiding spots just at either side of the threshold, in case an enemy wants to lurk at the entrance and see which guard is coming while concealed.

As you told its MSSR which states as Marine Scout Sniper Rifle. It is chambered in 5.56 Nato cartridge. Thats why when you hit them in their body with the normal rounds some of them don't die as some of them have armor plate on their chest. If it would have been a 50bmg, they would have been dead even with the armor on.
