no its enrichment stuff for the panda to play with zoos do stuff with animals all the time it helps them stay healthy by exercising and not being bored completely to the point where they go insane for example they put meat in a big ball at a tiger pen so the tiger will play and work for its food like it would in the wild its actually a very interesting thing to see what things zoos come up with to keep the animals entertained :D
