A thief waved to a carpenter that works with my step dad for a couple days. When the carpenter turned his truck on to warm it up (it was winter in Pennsylvania) the thief stole the truck drove until the tank was nearly empty messed up the front of the truck stole about $10 from the ash tray and a couple hundred dollars in tools from the passenger seat but there was a couple thousand dollar tool in the bed of the truck. IT GETS BETTER!!!! He parked the truck a few blocks away at a grocery store and was seen on surveillance cameras and the carpenter immediately recognized the thief. America's dumbest thieves nominee
