Done that stretch from St Ives (my hometown) all the way to Ely. 22 miles. In deepest winter. Going to do some of it again this weekend and find a spot to camp too. Nice to see you exploring my local area.

Chaucer Faux I had my power bank. But forgot the battery holder adaptor thingy for the rechargeable headtorch battery lol. I'm looking to buy 1 or 2 extra rechargeable batteries for the headtorch so I have loads charged up. Expensive and exclusive only to the thrunite torches though. Thanks for watching mate.
@Chaucerfaux17 жыл бұрын
Thrunite i believe runs off of the 18650 batteries yeah ? ir does your head torch run on the cr123 batteries ?
@TOM_OUTDOORS7 жыл бұрын
the first one mate lol. i'll have a look for a spare online now actually, thanks for reminding me!
@Chaucerfaux17 жыл бұрын
if you check Olight they sell them for around 20$ for a 2600 mah batteries. but i reccoment checking the compatability of the batteries to the light so you dont end up with an exploding batterie.

Nice one gentleman... I used to own a narrow boat moored on the great Ouse... Lol, myself and Lynn, travailed up the length of Britain on the rivers and channels.. Only to bloody find out, we lived on one of the best rivers in Britain 😂 😂 😂 ... Another good one mate! 👍🏻

Andy Wells I've always wanted to own a narrow boat. I'd happily live on it a few months of the year. Cheers for watching mate.

sweet walk again Tom. pitch looks a bit lumpy but you take what you can get i guess. so inspired by you ive decided to have a walk before camping, rushed out for a map.. any tips for finding walks lad?
@TOM_OUTDOORS7 жыл бұрын
i had to move my tent before i finally settled on a spot, i've camped on far worse ground trust me! lol. thats great to hear mate, thanks, really appreciate it. I'd say get a walks book of your county of choice and follow their routes and then find a spot to camp along the way. that's all I do and seems to work out fine.

Nice walk and camp mate. Got a lot of good memories round there. I grew up in St.Ives and have spent my life walking and fishing along the Ouse. Although the fishing isn't as good nowadays. Did you get to go in the ferry boat? It is supposed to be one of the most haunted pubs in England and does really good food. Oh and that guided bus way was the biggest waste of money going. But I won't go into that. Keep the vids coming mate. Top work as always. Atb Kai.

Fenland Wild Camper of course, it's your neck of the woods mate, I forgot! We'll have to do a walk and a camp next time I go up there. Which should be soon. Yeah we went in the pub twice lol. Thanks for watching mate.
