I agree with allot of the comments here Tom, there is no reason why you should have to explain, or defend your self. Your doing an outstanding job as a farmer with the conditions you work with! All your animals look like there in great conditions! None look lame, or limping profusely! You have great workers, if they make wrong, you don't blast em on video, your professional response to take care of any issues in private!!! They look so calm all laying in there bed/stals!

If anyone is curious about the magnet and what it prevents I suggest watching the Video titled hardwired for the happy hunting ground. I will warn you that its graphic, as it’s a necropsy of a cow who was euthanized after developing some very concerning symptoms of Heart failure. It’s a interesting case study as to why magnets are so important. The audio isn’t great but the information provided is easy to understand if you can get past the wind and lack of wind sock and microphone( he has since purchased and installed both,Lol!

Great video Tom, manual bedding up must be no joke but you've still got the knack (Great wrist action by the way "Ooh Matron" with the shovel of course) 😉 Feeding is feeding, it all depends on location as you said be it floor or trough! I love the fact that Katie gives as good as she gets (Sometimes more when you deserve it, yeah Boy) 😉. The weather has decided the cows should be in now so fingers crossed with the extra room you have set up and the feed quality the milk yields will continue to rise. The cows definitely looked happy now the new clamp shed is keeping the weather off them. As Joe would say "Business"👍.
