Fighting type is weak to these types: -Psychic: Using strong mind psychic themed powers in a battle like telepathy/telekinesis or chi power like qigong can easily distract and shock the opponent who is fought, like Goku's kamehameha in Dragon Ball series. -Flying: A superhero expert fighter's aerial attacks in a battle can easily make the targetted opponent to be thrown and fall to the land and can easily crash and KO the opponent if not missing the target, like while a Batman or Superman soars on the air and then crashes the opponent with the headbutt and also, if a Kamen Rider, Karate Kid, John Cenna, or any martial artist masters like Bruce Lee or Chuck Norris, using flying kick against an opponent, and also in 2012's The Avengers movie Hulk vs Loki scene, where Hulk jumps very highly to the building then dives on air, crashing Loki by his head and Loki is thrown into the inside of the building. -Fairy: Fairies' spells can also distract and hypnotize any opponents who want to fight and try to defeat the fairies, working very much like Harry Potter's sorcery spells and voodoo.

Wow, I got a lot of questions 1. So why are they called fighting Pokemon? All Pokemon fight, unless we're more specifically talking about martial arts, wrestling, and kickboxing. 2. having seen 2:12, I'm really confused. See, I just got back to watching Pokemon after years since I last watched it, so I don't know who those two Pokemon are. Farfetch'd is a normal/flying type, so I'm pretty surprised those two other versions of it are neither, especially flying. They can't fly? And how are they fighting type if they got wings and palmate feet instead of arms, fists, and regular feet? 3. I think Hitmonchan is the most different in its evolutionary group, because it's the only boxer while the three others are...kung fu? What IS the difference between the fighting style of Hitmonlee, Hitmontop, and Tyrouge? 4. why aren't the fighting crab and octopus Pokemon water types too? 5. so how specifically is Passimian a fighting type? It doesn't particularly look like one to me. 6. Same question about Falinks. Looks more like a bug type to me. 7. So what type of fighting patterns and "clothing" do Monferno, Infernape, Pignite, and Emboar have on them? 8. So why does Scraggy and its evolved form have baggy pants?

1.probably because it represents all fighting styles, like not all flying pokemon are birds 2.there's a new concept that is about pokemon that adapted to different circumstances in different regions, that make them change shape and typings, named regional forms. In farfetch'd case he became more stronger after he started to use more heavy Leeks that usual, so he loses normal and flying type and gain fighting and also managed to get an evolution. 3. @@jazeez5065 Lucario can take out the Xerneas and Lugia since it is part steel type and can learn Swords Dance and Bullet Punch and Night Slash, Hitmonlee can learn Rock Slide which takes care of the Charizard and Lugia, just in case Hitmonlee goes down, Kommo-o would finish the Charizard off, Hawlucha can learn Poison Jab which hurts Xerneas.
