I personally have the Q5 Pro and I like it. I get that the mop isn’t amazing but for me where I live alone and use like 3 rooms and am at work 5 days a week it’s nice for it to just go around once a week and every like 3 weeks I’ll just mop myself for a cleaner finish. For heavy stains I’m sure it’s pretty bad but for like small drops like in the kitchen from cooking it’s works just fine.

I would like to know about the warranty comparisons as well because the upper end of these are expensive so the warranty is important and how often you have to maintain the vacuum rollers and bags and what are the cost of those items.

I just purchased the RoboRock Q5 pro (not self emptying) for $139.99 on Amazon. I don’t plan on using mop feature but I was hoping for better dog hair removal on rugs than my shark matrix. I have a shark matrix and I’m not sure which will vacuum better but the mopping feature is decent on the shark for light cleaning (I.e. muddy dog paws).

I’ve been using the shark matrix daily for a year and it does great on non carpeted floors. I have two shedding Labradors. I find that I need to run my shark navigator corded vacuum once a month on rugs and it fills the canister with dog hair. The shark robot picks up a lot and the house looks clean but it doesn’t “dig deep”. It works well for mopping muddy dog paw prints

Best robot without mop?

Is there anyone here that can help? I just bought this yesterday, charged it to full then tried testing it this morning. Wont even turn on until you put in the dock. And even still, turning it on will make a somewhat sharp static sound and then it just turns off. Hoping someone can help me as this is not a cheap product 😢
