Thank you. This is a nice accurate review. I purchased the X10 Pro Omni and I have found few issues with mopping. Does not mop corners which I think is the design as it cannot get into them. I have found its random on the floor mopping so I am checking multiple maps how it has approached each room. Overall, I think it is a good cleaner and I am pleased I purchased this one. But not quite everything that is claimed on the advertising by Eufy is correct based on my experience using it so far.

Did you put it in Custom mode? Have you tried the Smart mode? People in Reddit are currently suggesting to use the Smart mode to improve your experience with the robot. Give it a try!

Can you try in a house with upper floor and down floor & how you managed it? I think this is the major caveat with this machine! What do you say?

It works with multi floors, I have docking station on ground floor but just place it on the floor upstairs and it cleans then goes back to original spot you placed it. Then take our back downstairs to charge/clean itself.
