Dont buy Hoover products online or in local stores. 1. Hoover will send you the damaged item (dirty) from the previous buyer, returned. 2. They just told Walmart a month ago not to give refunds to customers. Direct them to contact Hoover directly. 3. Their by phone customer service does not exist. You won't get them by phone. 4. Hoover does not refund your money after they have received the item back. They make you wait for 12 days, purchased through Amazon. I will update all comments when I get my refunds from Hoover. Stay tuned.
