I purchased the hydrosteam 2 months ago. The steam is not hot. I am now going to purchase the spot clean pro. The steam is for show! Don’t waste your money. The Spot clean pro is a better unit

I totally agree. I did send back the hydrosteam version today, I did bought it with great expectations (before I did buy it, I did borrow the pet pro from my neighbor). The pet pro has much better suction, and the attachments stay on, on the hydrosteam the wide attachment wobbles, and comes loose if I want to clean a carpet. Would recommend the pet pro also.

In the video the little one is working better and quicker than the steam pro 😂😂

Did you fill it with hot tap water? One of these reviews on a similar item, Not sure if it was the same channel, I remember they made it clear that the heating element was not strong enough to heat cool water but rather maintain the temperature of the hot water.

🤔🙈Honestly... unless my eyes are deceiving me... upon watching and re-watching... I feel like the SpotClean Pro was cleaning MUCH better than the LittleGreen Hydrosteam. The stains seemed to disappear in fewer passes. 🤷♀️BUT... I absolutely LOVE the idea of having the steam option of the HydroSteam. I'm VERY curious... would you recommend ANY of the smaller machines like these, for cleaning tile grout lines? P.S. I'm addicted to your videos!! Theyre SO informative AND helpful in making final decisions. 🏆Keep up the AWESOME work!!

It was a close call and they both did a good job. Tile Grout is a hard thing to clean. I would say no to these but may be the hydrosteam. I have tried Bissell's little steamer cleaner and it struggled to clean the grout.

I must agree, the spot clean pro was definitely cleaning better than the hydrosteam.

I bought the SpotClean Pet Pro and my review is that it's pretty good. The level of effort required is not something these review videos highlight much. It's a lot of effort to get the machine upstairs, mix the fluid, clean the area, dump it out run clean water through it, put all the pieces away... one small spot is a 30 minute effort. In addition, I'm only in my 30s and found the pressure required to remove all of the fluid to be intense. My wrist was throbbing after doing a 2'x2' square on my rug and two stairs. This is where a chemical like Resolve has the upper hand for sure. I was dissatisfied with Resolve mainly because it's not possible to get all of the soap out of the carpet without any suction. All this to say, for many people, you might do better with an annual professional carpet clean unless your pets are making large messes that make it worthwhile to get out a whole cleaning process like this.

I'm deciding between the cordless Cleanslate and the Hydrosteam. My key usage is for the car carpet. How better is the Hydrosteam over the cordless Cleanslate? I live in an apartment and access to energy outlet is cumbersome.

By chance, do you know the differences between Bissells new Little Green Pet Pro (Model # 3909B) and the older version (Model # 2505Y). The website lacks the details of the new units and it seems no one has reviewed it yet. Was gonna buy the older version but just realized they released a new one.. not sure if it's better or not.

I have to disagree with the commentary. On the video the SpotClean Pet Pro did a better job. I still gave a like for showing the footage as it helped me make a desicion :)

You cant youse a steam cleaner like that, it takes "slow" because you need to give the steam time to clean. You go way too fast with tthat thing so it wont work properly

@@JustADad I was going to go for that, but instead went with: ProHeat 2XRevolution Pet Pro Plus Carpet Cleaner bundle... and bought different attachments for the hose that this portable purple one has. I aslo bought the "tray" as I keep reading that the brushroll can tear at the carpet while using the attachments.. so hopefully this is the best of both worlds? just hoping for a good scrubbing w best suction... isn't everyone lol Thanks for your videos!

@@JustADad Really? I wonder why it has better suction despite having a much smaller motor (5.7A vs 9A on the HydroSteam). Perhaps some of the extra power is going to the steam heating unit and not suction. Do you think the HydroSteam still has "enough" suction? I tend to equate suction with how deeply it can clean.
@jessiemillerr11 ай бұрын
How does the purple one have better suction when the hydrosteam is stronger?@@JustADad
@MarkSegree8 ай бұрын
@jessiemillerr Higher amp motor doesn't mean more suction. There are a lot of factors to consider, the most obvious would be the size of the head and the fact that the hydroclean is significantly quieter
@martijnvandenheuvel56516 ай бұрын
Garbage, I did send it back. I had great expectations, after I borrowed the bissell spotclean pet pro from my neighbor, so I bought the hydrosteam version. The attachments, especially the wide one, comes loose I I clean the carpet, it wobbles. Low suction power vs the pet pro, great disappointment, did send it back today.
