Sebastian and Pierre took the cake with flying colours imo. Clean, simple and not overcrowded with clutter and eye burning colours. They had simple colour palettes, especially Pierre with the 60-30-10 colour rule with the red, grey and blue. And also had smooth uncluttered animations that showed only essential visuals that correlated with what was being said, and nothing in excess, which is great. Also chances of an epileptic attack with them was a lower risk lol. Love it.

Hmm yeah I get that. I don’t look at the names anyway though, and especially with 14 submissions it’s easier to differentiate them with a name.

Hey tom two thing. It would be nice if you could make a short/longer vid of how overlays are used at the end of a project to spice the look of the final project. I think something like that would be important and not talked bout enough. Also, would be nice if you could recreate some of the things that you showcased with these editors in this video as to how they did it.

For Jansons, at 20:40-20:41, for overwhelmed representation, you could had used crowd passing by and when stuck words come, they diseaper kind of. (Just idea shared which i had) Top 3 are well deserved

Capcut is great for basic edits. But most stuff you see here is advanced so not possible on capcut. You need blender or after effects for it.
