You can (in regards to Snapseed) 1. add fade effect to reduce the amount of haze in the pic 2. Reduce the structure (go to negative side) Let me know if it works for you

Also you can shoot with a polarizer filter with a normal to tele photo zooms to reduce haze.

U just hv to pool the black extreme dot on the bottom to the right. U hv to do the opposite of wat he did to add haze in start

I've a confusion. 2:50 When you select a point How do you know how much of the area around the point will get affected ?
