This workout was so good. Felt it during workout rather than next day, that means it's working. Katrina is my favorite. Her voice is so relaxing and motivating and I like her workouts the best!

Hi Katrina Thanks for an AMAZING Ab workout. I just have one compliant: your printable for this workout doesn't correspond to the video. Firstly nearly the whole first 5 minutes of the video is omitted from the printable. Further moves during the video is left out as well. Can you please fix this as some of us use the printable to work out to since working out to the actual video is not always easy. I don't know what is happening lately, whether you have someone else compiling your printables than in the past but the quality compared to what you did before is not good. Just saying. Love you girls & check KZbin EVERYDAY for all your great videos, just disappointed with the printables on your website.

sisana25 I am... I stop doing twists with weights and doing things on my belly when I start getting my belly. My first preg that was around14 weeks. But only do things you feel comfortable with

This is a great workout. I almost stuck with the whole thing. Done a mile bike ride this morning , then this! Just got me some of the vanilla protein powder got to find one of the recipes to try!

I'm so glad I opted to do the video instead of just doing the moves listed on the print-out version of this routine. There was more to the video than the print-out. Karena really packed a lot of great core moves into this efficient routine! Thanks.
