First, you speak very well. And maybe just my imagination, but I'm guessing English isn't your first spoken language? I'm going to guess and say Ukrainian, or a related language? Just curious... ☺

That was a really helpful video. You imparted your knowledge very well. I have a Brother L8260. There is a vertical line of smudges down the RH side of the paper after printing. I did as you showed and opened the back of printer. Now the problem is. Just above the big orange roller is a smaller black one. On the RH side of this, the black coating has come off, about 2cm dia., which is obviously causing the problem. I'm unable to access this and I don't have that sort of knowledge. Can the roller be replaced, or is it a new printer. Best wishes Jo

Hello. I appreciate your feedback. I think the rollers you are talking about are fuser rollers. The orange one is a pressure roller, and the damaged one is a roller heat sleeve. Usually, you can get the rollers on eBay or Amazon and replace them. I've done that on similar Brother brand printers. Another option is to replace fuser unit. It's just a matter of how much labor you want to put in and cost. Good luck!
