Thanks a lot for the sharing this exercises. It was very interesting to watch them even as outsider. I am coming from a different corner of the martial arts . I am doing Karate but I am also very interested in learning Tong Bei if if the possibility arises one day to learn it here in Austria.

i love Tongbwei kf!It seems to me all the circular strikes of styles like Choy li fat or northern Shaolin were coming from Tongbei.
