one thing I don't like about GT is the cars always look like they're floating. the track is perfectly smooth, the chassis never sways or moves, and it just doesn't feel like the car's interacting with the road at all. not that Forza is perfect, but at least you can feel there's imperfections in the road and the car reacts to them a little.

I agree felt the same playing on controller sometimes hood view or 3rd person; BUT even if you don’t have a steering wheel PSVR is a game changer imo. Cockpit view feels so perfectly scaled and you can totally feel the car interacting with the road once in that view. I bet the experience must be mind blowing with a proper wheel setup

In my opinion I think Forza motorsport have more realistic world , the water on the ground , the reaction of the water when the car is moving , the way that the water slow down the car and push it sideways !! While GT7 the graphics looks more real , the car , lights looks more realistic 💯 but I would love to own both 🔥

Uma coisa que me incomoda no Forza é que eles inventam um monte de coisa na pista, fazendo com que elas percam a fidelidade. Na chuva colocam aquele espelho no chão que é bonito, mas não é realista. Em Spa, por exemplo, as árvores são lindas, mas todas compridas, são árvores diferentes do que existe na vida real. E Nurburgring inventaram postes de iluminação por toda a pista que não existem, e principalmente à noite acaba com a ambientação da pista, que o legal é a escuridão e apenas o seu farol iluminando a pista. São decisões que fariam sentido em um jogo arcade, mas quando a coisa é voltada pra simulação é algo que eu acho bem ruim, abrir mão do realismo para deixar as coisas visualmente bonitas.

I have both games and play them on their respective consoles(XSX and PS5) but I’ve had been spending some time exclusively with GT7 recently and I have to agree that the package as a whole it is a better product/game, mainly because the progression system is more straightforward and feels more rewarding. As for the which one has the best game engine both games are gorgeous to boot but without a doubt Forza is more advanced both in graphics, physics, car damage and environment. Both are great games, if you don’t have both games you’re in for a great experience with either one if you like racing.

@@robthebob4586 the amount of videos i have seen out there where forza's graphics are set to low because it's out on PC and then being compared to GT7 that doesn't have a PC port so it's always at around high settings on console. Because of that you can greatly exaggerate the difference in car models and make it one sided but i don't think it's as clear cut as most videos make it out to be. I think GT7 still has the advantage but it's not as obvious as most videos make it out to be. There is a strong bias towards Gran Turismo out there and many take advantage of the scalable graphics in Forza to make it look worse than it actually is

os efeitos da chuva do Forza é exagerado, é muito bonito sim, porém não tem tanto realismo no visual, por exemplo, olha os pneus do GT-R na chuva, ao invés de sair spray de água, saí só a água, fora que no Forza é muito fácil dirigir na chuva, você não perde grip dirigindo em uma parte mais molhada da pista, e enquanto a pista seca, ela não forna uma trilha igual no GT7, em termos gráficos, a chuva é muito boa, mas o GT7 é mais realista

Me desculpem, mas na minha opinião, nesse video em questão, nem dá pra comparar. Olha o movimento do vento nas árvores no Forza Motorsport. No Gran Turismo 7 as árvores são de enfeite. Não só isso, no Forza tem uma vividade maior . O Gran Turismo 7 é muito bonito, mas parece uma maquete, não tem vida, é tudo parado.

sim mano, de fato as árvores do GT7 são um porre, as únicas árvores 3D no game estão presentes no circuito de Grand Valley (circuito tem poucas árvores, por isso que tem mais detalhes) Forza fez um ótimo trabalho com o visual de Nordschleife, uma pena que reutilizam o mesmo traçado desde o Forza Motorsport 5, o que faz o GT7 ser superior quando se trata de autenticidade, a pista está mais próxima da vida real no GT7, pegue um vídeo de comparativo de Forza vs GT7 vs Vida Real, GT7 dá uma surra nesse comparativo

belle vidéo, 2 bons jeux, pas les plus réalistes mais ils restent très bons. Forza a l'air plus vivant, gt7 profite d'une meilleure modélisation de la voiture. Par contre, en matière de son en vue interne sous la pluie forza est mieux, gt7 donne l'impression de piloter une gtr décapotable. Je trouve la vue externe de forza meilleure. Dans gt7, on a un peu l'impression que la voiture est sur un axe et que c'est le décor qui bouge. Cette vidéo me donne envie de retourner sur forza.

FMのサーキットは水捌けの設備が悪いようでレースができる環境ではありません(笑) しかしその分、疾走感がありとても良い。コックピット視点は、個人的には GT7 の距離感の方が好みです。ただちょっとこの天気のせいなのか、暗いですね。

Outra coisa que irrita em GT7 são os efeitos de brilho. O reflexo do sol na lataria é exagerado demais em TODOS os carros. Dirigir a noite é um saco pois as lanternas traseiras são brilhantes demais ainda mais quando você freia. Esses efeitos de luz são exagerados demais. Tente jogar numa TV Oled e vai entender o que falo. Forza não tem nenhuma desses exageros.

“Ignores the rain”, GT7 has better physics and the car’s handling changes when it’s raining, there is less traction, more understeer and oversteer. (depends on the car) But in FM7, yes it does have changes in handling, there is less traction but theres neutral steer which is unrealistic in rain when you are supposed to have understeer or oversteer(it depends on the car), but neutral steer cannot be possible unless you are aquaplaning. In GT7, it is light rain while in FM7, its heavy rain and light rain at the same time. Light rain looks exactly like GT7 but without all the water vapors, but in FM7, it looks like heavy rain but light rain at the same time since there is puddles and road reflections but theres not too much of rain drops falling. I do not play GT7 but i play Project CARS 2, both games are unrealistic in the rain but GT7 is more realistic compared to FM7.

Aunque me gusta más gt7 la ambientación de forzá es netamente superior.los coches casi diría que mejor en gt7.sie.siempre hablando de graficos.lo cierto es que tanto en forzá como flausimiulator me parecen gráficamente el ejemplo a seguir.

They both have their pros and cons but they definitely look good. The weather affects and since of speed is way better on Forza except that stupid raindrop effect on the screen. Gran Turismo 7 definitely looks better in terms of sharpness and lighting and has better sound. FM has better texture though and the cockpit looks better than GT7. In GT7 the camera is way too close to the steering wheel and in Forza you can zoom the FOV out to 65 FOV in the cockpit view. I really like how GT7 looks though. I can’t wait to get it for PS5. I only have FM on Xbox series x right now and I’m always watching GT7 videos thinking dam it just looks like so much more of a better game in my opinion. I like the overly clean sharper look to it then FM more realistic dirty look. Plus that R35 looks so sexy on GT7 and it’s got the Nismo wheels on it. FM does not have that.

@@ArthaxtaDaVince777 get out of your bias feelings for just a second bro. The new Forza does have a better cockpit than GT7 right now. In the newest Forza you can adjust your FOV field of view. In GT7 you can’t, at least as of right now you can’t and being able to zoom out and adjust your FOV significantly makes the cockpit better and helps as well. It also makes it look more realistic. The default FOV in GT7 and in Forza too is way to zoomed in. It just looks like you’re resting your chin on the steering wheel. You obviously haven’t and don’t even touch Forza at all because if you did then you would know this and if you did know this and you’re still saying GT7 has a better cockpit view then you’re lying and more then likely one of those “nothing Is better then PlayStation” kind of people.

@bluegrim4252 The difference in the texture quality is night and day from FM to GT. That alone makes GT cockpit better, as it looks much better. I will agree the fov is bad, hopefully we can get a slider in the future.

Forza has excellent graphics, but GT7 makes it look amateurish. GT7 has much smoother animations, it is also more atmospheric. In fact, all GTs, since the first one for psx, have always impressed me in these aspects.

Put it this way. GT7 is a Japanese game. If the cars originate from Japan, they'll be RHD. If a LHD version exists in real life in America, then FM will make it LHD.

Both are great games but if you have a PSVR2, then GT7 goes to another level. It's amazing in VR.

It goes further than a game. The adrenalin, the sparks in an open top, the stress online is twofold in VR. Its the most incredible thing Ive seen im my 60 years. Dragons Lair in the 80s, 3D platforming on Mario 64 for the first time in the 90s and PSVR are the 3 most wonderous times of my life. (Close to seeing colour TV for the first time in the 70s).

Forza .5 Sterne/ GT 7.3 Sterne. Auch wenn Leute meinen das die Lichter an der Strecke unrealistisch wären weil es sie nicht gibt. Muss ich sagen das es aber sehr gut ins Konzept passt. Was mich stört ist das keines der beiden Spiele die Gischt hinter dem Auto nicht richtig dargestellt. Denn jeder der schon mal auf Der Autobahn im Regen fuhr weiß das die Gischt ein alles umhüllender Nebel ist wo man fast nix sieht. Und bei höheren Tempo erst recht.

GT7 definitely has better car detail that can’t be appreciated from this footage. I believe GT shines in the details while Forza just looks better in general. There are moments that GT7 seven looks amazing but it’s almost too perfect, while Forza tries to capture what you would see in real life. This video is a perfect example of that. You can see the fogs clearly, and the headlights reacting to the fog and bouncing at the different surfaces. The track looks worn out and puddles form on the track, while in GT7 you get none of that. The track is perfect, and there’s barely any interaction between the car and the world. The head lights seem to be turned off as they don’t light the road ahead. When it comes atmosphere there’s nothing like Forza.

Os gráficos do Forza sao bacans e tudo msism porem o excesso de detalhes dribla a realidade. E nisso pecam por excederem em detalhes wue na pista real nao acontece. Ainda sim acho a fisica do GT7 mais proximo da realidade e sim, verdade seja dita . Tem cosias bacans nos dois jogos. Ambos sao grandes no que que prometem, porem ainda sim prefiro o GT7. Nota. Ambos jogos são bons. Mas o Nordschleife no Gran Turismo 7 tem uma aparência mais correta ao circuito na vida real e usaram a têcnica de "laser-scanning" enquanto no Forza Motorsport, eles reciclaram o modelo do circuito do Forza Motorsport 7 com alterações nos detalhes do ambiente.

There are some cool effects the forza does over GT7 but they don’t make up for the rest of the game. Some of the lighting effects at time are really cool. The way the layer of water and haze on the track and the headlights hitting it looks great. The rain drops on the roof or hood game is also a nice tough to feel more immersed in the rain. I don’t get the adding of lights around the ring that aren’t really there. The cars sounds for the most part are not appealing. I hear this similar digital sound in almost ever car that’s so unrealistic. The car modeling is an abomination, not just up to today’s standards but it’s a clear regression from previous iterations of this

Man, I kinda hate the rain in FM because you would get rain droplets on screen. Imo makes it harder to drive. Also, I going to be honest, but gt7 definitely beat forza in rain quality. In gt7, the water droplets are actually visible on the car while in FM the water droplets on the car were so tiny its almost felt like it didn't exist. Hate if you want, but the FM GT-R sounds nothing like it's real counterpart, while gt7 actually is at least close to the sound on the real GT-R. What's funny is that one guy named kireth compared FM on a pc with RTX 4090 to gt7 on ps5 and gt7 won. GT has come a long way and I'm happy about that.😁
