I have venoms, my standard done 3 times and my tongue web done and it really doesn't hurt.. the clamp hurts more than the actual piercing and the healing hurts more than anything... but overall my tongue piercings hurt less than any of my tattoos and piercings!

It doesn't hurt in the process and is uncomfortable for about a week. People like it and it's something to show off :/
