I met Mr Wilder briefly in Perth, Australia on the Devotional Tour (the only time DM has toured Australia - previously they had only played one gig in Sydney on the World Violation Tour) and he kindly signed my copy of "I Feel You" as did Dave and Fletch but, alas, not Martin. Before Curve's gig at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire in 1998 he sat alone at a table next to me and my mates in a pub nearby. I believe he was also at the Curve gig at London King's College Student Union when the fire alarm went off mid-set and we all ended up in the street before reconvening.

Fantastic remix!! It is like Wilder threw in some Kraftwerk- "Tour de France"; DM- "Strangelove" snipets; a little synth chase score from the original Terminator and a hint of the opening guitar parts from both Bonham's "Wait for you" (around the 30 second mark) and A Flock of Seagulls 1995 tune "Setting Sun" (around the 20 second mark).

Definitely the same snare DM and Wilder used on Strangelove. It’s also used by Cameo on their song “word up” I’ve heard it’s from the Yamaha RX-5 drum machine but it could also be a Emu Emulator drum sound.

are u kidding?? he gave 14 years to DM and even longer to recoil plus other remixes and production . people are living a life true to them, we are not owed anything . He’s an amazing musician and producer and has given us amazing work .
