I notice that Mike doesn't seem to ad lib very much. He sticks to the choreographed routine. In this vid I see him throw in a few subtle embellishments. Even so, I've seen him do this robot routine in a few different styles. This one seems faster and shorter, like he's rushing through it. Look at the spin he leads in with, just a single revolution and very quick.

It was at the height of Michael Jackson mania and was more a major event then a concert. I was 12 and it still remains one of the most memorable moments of my life.

+Melissa Ngai I know, and the story of how I got to see them makes it even more amazing and unforgettable. I was from a poor family with a single mother who didn't have a slightest chance of going, until Michael himself stepped in. Michael donated 2,000 tickets for disadvantaged children at each venue, and through some more amazing events and luck my cousin Tina and myself became two of those kids who got to go through Michael's generosity.

My son has a mild case of OCD and had two different ticks that started when he was in first grade. The rapid blinking of the eyes and constant clearing of his throat. We’ve noticed they happen when his brain is over stimulated (watching tv/playing video games), stressed, scared or nervous/anxious. He is 9 now (4th grade) and the ticks seem to have stopped. They did once before and came back, but this time it’s been over a year! The doctor told us that they usually go away as the child gets older. So, yes I definitely noticed Randy’s rapid blinking!
