Hey love. I do my own hair too. The t14 has a blue base i believe for orange hair so that is why it wouldn't turn purple. You should try fanola no yellow or celeb wash. They will help with the yellow braziness and soften your hair as a conditioner or shampoo.

Thanks for the tips! I'ma actually happy with the outcome I got with the T14, I'm going to be applying a Silver over it here pretty quick so I don't think another toner is necessary :) Maybe in the future tho if I need to tone my hair again!

proud of you for wearing gloves this time 😂 i've literally never toned my hair at home and now i regret not trying it before i put blue back on. also i've never gone intentionally grey, but ended up with a really pretty grey when i did like violet over faded pink over faded blue lol.. people kept asking me how i got that color and i'm like ummm, accident??

I didn't bleach it myself! I was just retoning it to remove the yellow! Bleaching your hair at home is not a thing I wanna mess with, yet. LOL. Yep legal here since 2018!

You should have done a bleach bath in the mis section and ends then went in with a toner. When you toned your hair it was patchy and didn't fully saturate the hair. Good effort though 👍
