Is ghost blood better than the icy toner? I’m having trouble getting to icy platinum each time I use it

I like the tone of Ghostblood better, but since it’s Semi I recommend applying to dry hair so it takes a bit longer! I like the longevity of Icy though, and I usually add Moonstone to it to help get the excess yellow out!

I would say mostly white but I did was it with Olaplex 4P (purple shampoo) and it went a silvery white after that!

It’s a semi-permanent color depositing only, I did not find it drying a lot of the times I find semi colors quite conditioning! It is color though and I didn’t need to use purple shampoo until it started to fade (I usually use Olaplex No. 5 Shampoo)

Pulp Riot’s Ghostblood is a semi and you don’t mix with developer!

@@TanaThePanda1 Have u used their other toners, I was looking online and it says to mix with a devolper , just didn't know what u used. I'm trying to find a good toner cuz my hair is not taking toners well this time around, and I saw the pulp riot, and saw ur review and someone else's and I'm def gonna try it. so I used the Brite silver toner the other day, but I feel it's like a yellow silver toner, so I hope I don't have to rebleach. it's like a silver,pale ash blonde at the moment

@@371noel yes their rapid toners Silver, Icy, and Moonstone I have used as well and you mix them with developer! They work fast I just keep an eye on them, Silver/Moonstone is my favorite combo!

No you don’t! It’s a Semi Permanent color (as part of their fashion color line) and you can use it on its own right out of the tube, or as a diluter to make other shades lighter!
