Love this! I have purchased so many of these products :Defenage (just got my AM Bundle ) Clean Skin Club (towels and pads- the pads seem to have a smell?), Allies of Skin Eye Ceam, Haru Bk Rice Toner (Frag Free) Bioderma Micellar and of course Ulta MD Untinted 46! The Skyn Iceland micellar is THE BEST. I was a dedicated Sensibio user for years but the SI doesn’t leave a slimy film like the Bioderma so no need rinse.

I have! I like to use that one on top of another spf. I find that if I use the recommended amount of just the flex it can get heavy on my skin. But if I layer it over another mineral non tinted, it makes a beautiful foundation like product with sun coverage. I have the Lira Clinical Salicylic cleanser and really like it. I only use it when I feel like I need it. And I have the eye cream, but I need to use it more consistently. I will look into their other products. The mist is amazing.

The fungal acne that likes to rear it's head on my cheekbones had a field day when I was using the Beauty of Joeson Cleaning oil. When I switched over to Micellar water and cut out fermented ingredients, it cleared up completely. Even though I have used and love cleansing oils in the past, because of the clearing up, I am hesitant to go back when I know Micellar water works so well.

I haven't heard much about them. I just checked out the serum and it looks to be chock full of great ingredients. One of them is ferment, so I don't think I will be trying it out, but the inci list looks promising!

I do have a question about the two eye creams because I have dryness in my eye area and am always looking for a good hydrating eye cream. For during the day under your concealer which eye cream you mentioned or any eye cream you know of that wears well under your concealer that will keep the moisture in your eye area.

I think the Stratia is the moisturizing that I have tried in a very long time; at least on my eyes. You could also layer an eye serum underneath your eye cream to help with hydration or take a hydrating serum you are already using up under the eye before you apply your cream.

Mandy do y'all have a Blue Mercury near you. Their M61 Glycolic is so much better than DDG I've used both but the M61 is just superior. IMHO. You're videos are among my very favorites ❤️😍❤️

You are so welcome! I have only tried some samples in the past. Their marketing has put me off a little bit, so it makes me hesitant to believe some of the claims. Mostly in their serum that they market as a vitamin c...the THD (vitamin c) ingredient is listed underneath another ingredient on the inci list that is only allowed a max of 2% concentration in the US. So, you are essentially getting less than 2% vitamin c. I am sure it's a great antioxidant serum, but the fact they market it as vitamin c is a bit off putting to me. I hope that makes sense. And I wish I could be of more help. I know a ton of people love their Alpharet serum!

Wowzer Mandy, lots of great empties. May I ask which is your favorite THD serum? I purchased Medic8 luxe THD serum, I’m not too sure about it as it’s quite oily to me. I too realized that my skin does not do well with L Ascorbic Acid. It causes so much dryness. I’m going to have to watch again. lol. I just got my huge Haul from YesStyle and most from your recommendations. I used Skin 1004 spf this am and fell in love with it. I’m hoping you listed where you order Violet SPFs. As I really want to order a few of those. Also got to order the eyelash serum you use as my lashes are falling out. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🫣🫤. Great video Mandy. Always trust YOUR thoughts and loves on products. Oh, I purchased Garnier Micellar water from a high recommendation from another MUA and it’s horrible. I went right back to BioDerma hydrating one for sensitive skin. My skin was sooo happy to get that back on. Have you ever used Drunk Elephants Cleansing Balm? I bought it and oh my heart, it is so hard to wash off, always leaves a greasy feel to my skin until I wash, wash my face. Thank you for you honesty and sweet, kind personality.

The Truology is my current favorite THD serum for sure. I do love the Medik8 one as well, but if you don't like the texture the Truology would be great...it is a lot different. I linked the Ultra Violette SPF to harrods. You do have pay for shipping $$, but I wait until I make a bulk order and just pay the shipping. I only order 1-2xs a year, so it makes it worth it to me.

Is it small white bump like texture? Have you recently started anything new in your routine? I was dealing with a lot of texture and narrowed it down to fermented ingredients. I know you had to remove some things from your skincare routine. Was curious if you had to remove the Dr.Ceuracle - Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence or the iUNIK - Beta Glucan Power Moisture Serum? I'm trying to figure out what is irritating my skin but of course, I didn't incorporate anything slowly 🙂🙂 I stopped using everything I was using and am currently using the Epionce Post Treatment kit trying to calm my skin down. So crazy because I typically do not have any issues reacting to products.

I can still use the Tea Essence a few times a week with no issues. I am trying to narrow down which ferments cause my most issues, and it seems that the Saccharomyces that are in the tea essence don't bother me as bad. I haven't used the IUNIK lately mostly out of fear, but I feel like I would be ok with that one too.

Mandy, as a sunscreen lover and a believer that sunscreen is critical I want to share this. I’ve been into high quality skincare for years now. I am mid 40’s and have always tried to take care of my skin with the best. The one area I’ve failed in is lip care. Recently at a dermatologist visit, I had to get a biopsy of my lip. Squamous call carcinoma is common on the Lower lip and usually more dangerous if not caught quickly. We are hoping this is precancerous and is actinic cheilitis. This has led me down a rabbit hole to find the best lip products with spf and also to warn others. Sunscreen on the face, ears and neck is great but don’t forget the lips !

So so important to share...thank you for doing so. DRMTLGY has an spf lip balm that is great, and I am impatiently waiting for the tinted balms from Ultra Violette to come in. I think they are spf 50. I am hoping you get the results back and it isn't anything bad!!

Do you just apply the self tanner with your hands and wash after a few hours?

I apply with a mit, and even though most directions tell you to wash off after a couple of hours, I have never done so. I will just wash it off when I take my next shower. I feel like it develops even better that way on me. If you use your hands, be sure and wash really well after you apply or they will be orange the next day.

I’m so confused by Allies of Skin products. Their formulas are insane, like they should all theoretically be the best on the market, but I never saw results with any of the numerous serums of theirs I tried. I do, however, stan their peptide firming moisturizer which is fire.
