Here in the country in Ontario Canada, this happens when someone gets into a minor fender bender because of bloated government bureaucracy. About 3 people tend to the scene, while 19 of them socialize on the side of the road. That doesn't count all the volunteer firemen who show up in their cars just to get out of the house. It's not uncommon to see at least 7 emergency vehicles and 5 personal volunteer vehicles in a minor 2 car fender bender.

Mrsir Madison very blanket statement AMR is mostly used as a stepping stone for people seeking careers in public safety or in medicine. They have very good “lifer” medics as well but you’ll find good and bad medics and EMTs anywhere. I’m sorry for any bad experience you may have had with them but being a first responder you’ll see good and bad anywhere
@FartassVolfgangus5 жыл бұрын
Anthony Nissan lol I’m fully aware as I work as a firefighter in my city as well as working for a private ambulance service. The unfortunate truth about AMR is that it is a big corporation that only wants money. They have been cited in my city many many times due to the medics no actually having their certification. Where I’m form AMR only operates as a private because of the fact that they got to many complaints when they had the contract to do 911 calls in my city.

Am I the only one who doesn’t understand why someone would say tons when I counted under a dozen? When you say tons you are referring to EVERYTHING from multiple agencies across the board. This clearly wasn’t “tons”. I’ve been on a VFD. A mentor is FD. My wife is EMT, my sis-n-law is PD. So yes I’m going to have my facts on the difference between tons and under a dozen... obvious clickbait if you ask me.
@Perseus75675 жыл бұрын
To be pedantic, a Tahoe weighs 3.6 tons, there was at least two so that's 7.2 tons. Explorer total weight is roughly 2x2.9 tonnes, so 5.8 tonnes. That's a total of 13 tons not including g lifeguard truck, jetski, ambulance and if there were more than two tahoes or explorers, AND that's not including weight of equipment, so TECHNICALLY it is "TONS"
