6:38 a soap today can’t even have dialogue that can last past 2 mins without jumping to another scene or a commercial. I so wish there were more scenes and episodes from Search For Tomorrow from the CBS years.

I liked jo and stu. After search ended thanks to the dummies at proctor and gamble. Mary Stuart would go over to guiding light. And actor Larry Haines would go over to another world where he would play an old friend of Ada played by Connie Ford to bad there characters didn't become love interest. After Charlie died Ada would never remarry. Which is like in reallife for some people. Mary did a pretty good job as the new meta Bauer. Proctor and gamble was always anti soap opera that's why they foolishly threw away there best written soaps like another world Texas search for tomorrow guiding light as the world turns the edge of night etc what a shame

That’s a yea and no statement, GL, ATWT, SFT and even AW has a significant long run but like any show that has low ratings it had to end. The crime really should be how a lot these show’s early episodes are gone forever because they wiped the tapes.
