Actually tony 8s a great guy to work for... But most people today couldn't work for Tony, because their feelings would be hurt all the time. Tony is old school... He doesn't beat around the bush... He will tell you in a not so nice way how you f'd up.... And not so much as a pat on the back if you do a good job.... But today people are to sensitive and too lazy

So all the larger stones get washed out. So what is to say large gold nuggets are being washed away and not collected? I understand the sluicing collects the fine gold specs. But have never seen them find nuggets like golf ball size. And if they were there it looks like with the sluicing they would just get dumped out the back with the rest of the rocks?

if you seen one of these shows, you’ve pretty much I’ve seen them all. The narrator keeps pointing out what could go wrong, how their season could be ruined, how they could lose their lease, always some pending disaster that never happens. that gets old.. these minors have all gone industrial sized. I can’t relate to that. I have not watched the show more than five minutes since around 2018. I liked the show when they were on a smaller scale. The producer or whoever that ham that has these meetings with all the minors at the end of the season. That man has the personality of a turd in the punch bowl. He’s tough to take. He obviously knows what he’s doing but I wish she wasn’t such a narcissistic personality disorder. Doesn’t he realize the show is not about him? Of course he doesn’t. I can’t watch any of the shows that have him.. i’m happy that The miners are making money, but I don’t believe for a minute that they are actually showing how much gold they are really getting. I wouldn’t really have to pay tax on that. my favorite gold show ever is gold fever with Tom Massey. That’s the kind of show I want to see. Something realistic, something relatable. Someone with a gold pan and a sluice box.. I used to watch that one where they were dredging from boats in Alaska. But that woman that’s always crying, hi drama with her, I have not watched that show for six or seven years. When she leaves the show I will start watching again. That show is supposed to be about people recovering gold, not some woman weeping bitter tears .. my favorite episode during the best years of that show were when those two guys got into a fistfight at one of their gatherings. That blonde guy it was a diver and that older boat owner that hired him. When they went at each other in the studio.. that actually seemed real. I wish that diver that got those three or four punches in right at the start, I wish he was still on that show. He was a real life, rebel without a cause..

They rotated that trauma so the crack is up top and the pressure would have squeezed the traction band together. Then you welded two plates on the side to hold it together then v yhe top out and the sides that are exposed then weld them up grind the top surfaces then take the side plates off . Then you finish the crack where the plates where and then weld the plates back over top.. should only take a day
