Clever by Sil. Clearly and calmly stated his case,admitted being wrong in going against Tony's wishes and tapped straight into his ego by asking for his leadership going forward. That man was always playing 4D chess.

People are laughing about Patsy’s flinch. But that was a legit acting moment from him. He can seem like a weak character, but there are MOMENTS when we see Patsy and go “Oh shit! That guy is a real killer. “. This was one of them.

Tony was pure business, he never quite understood how the other guys saw themselves, or considered that stuff like Columbus Day or the Vito situation would actually mean a lot to them. He seemed to think everyone was a cynical as himself, so when his guys display actual conviction on an issue, he's always taken off guard and mishandles his response.

Yeah they get stereotyped in the Sopranos by extortion,murder and shooting bakery guys in the foot.Problem in NY is you cant tell who is in the mafia and who is a wannabee. Its got nothing about caring. Not to mention they are strictly closed only if you can trace your heritage back to the old country. Its not like a Mexican wearing his flag over his graduation gown.Borders,Language and couture. I never heard of pushing 2 for Italian on the phone. How come Italians learned the language ? They have dark skin also.MS 13 still looks like a primitive tribe with no ethics . The Mafia at least tried to blend in . Not that I find either group worthy .

since no one answered I will. It was the Italian American heritage parade getting attacked by the pre BLM and Indian groups.They were fighting . It seems the mafia didn't like them associating them with crime! The show was way ahead of its time and still as relevant today as it was then .

Although there's humor behind it, I think Tony acts like an asshole for unexpectedly slapping Patsy in the back of his head like a thoughtless child. Just because he's the boss doesn't give him credence to perturb a man in front of his friends for something he shouldn't have done. It's a despicable thing what Tony does to him.
