I played this game a lot on the GBA growing up, and then later in life when I was like 18 or 19, I got really into trap music and edm and going to raves and shit, I discovered troyboi and he has a song called ili and I always knew I recognized the i like it sample from somewhere. The gameboy advance version of this game was my childhood and these songs were totally ROCK ON!!! 🤘🤘🤘 first, second and fifth song were the best and my favourite. Also in first song, I literally hear the DJ singing "tap, tap, tap, tap, bubblegum!" tap, tap, tap, tap, bubblegum!" tap, tap, tap, tap, bubblegum!" Second song is much like a teenage dudes boombox radio music. In fifth song, my most favourite, i hear the DJ sings "Regga do, do the other plan!" "Regga do, do the other plan!" "Regga do, do the other plan!" Also interesting fact the way he yells "plan!" he sounds so much like voice of Numbuh 1 from Codename Kids Next Door voiced by Ben Diskin. I always used to thought Numbuh 1 aka Nigel Uno from KND is singing the fifth song.

How did you get these off the cartridge, did you direct rip the audio files or just run a gameplay session and record them. Lo-fi but very impressive for a GBA game.
@ZombieBatmanJesus6 жыл бұрын
Ran a gameplay session. Probably not a perfect 1:1 audio experience, but surprise, it's hard to tell if any quality was lost when you're already at the basement. Seriously, I'd love to figure out the practical "file size" of these on the cartridge.
@coondogtheman6 жыл бұрын
@@ZombieBatmanJesus There must be a way to extract them to a .wav file. Maybe find a ROM of the game and then find a tool of some type that can open it. I do music/sound rips for many of my PS2 games and I have most if not all of the TH soundtracks from every TH game released on the PS2, I do have THPS2's soundtrack. From what I'm hearing in this music is much of it is looped. There are maybe 3-4 audio clips for each song and they are strung together to build a song. I can hear the pauses and glitching as the system loads the next clip.
