Here’s what I’d do - Combine Rampage and Collision into one show with a dedicated roster, commentary, stage, everything. - Give ROH its own roster with a mix of developmental talent and talent that’s already ROH exclusive and tape it at the Esports arena and air it on MAX - Keep Dynamite as is but up the production like lighting, stage, Audio. - PPV’s combine storyline’s from Collision and Dynamite with 5 matches from Dynamite and 5 from Collision (2 Collision feuds on Pre-show to keep the ppv maximum of 8 matches)

First off, with Tony Khans history of NDAs on anything, there's no chance that pic leaked without Tony Khan allowing it. Now, if Shane does come to AEW (a meeting doesn't confirm anything yet), I'd like for him to take at least half the booking responsibility if he wants it. I love the idea of a brand split. As positive as I want to be about AEW, I have no confidence in Tony Khan running AEW. The day he's just the money guy, that's when I'll be more positive. It was a month ago when this was reported & now reported again. I remember you said initially that you don't think it would happen because of Khan's negative comments towards WWE & how it would be not likely for him to hire a McMahon. But now that we see a photo on Summerslam week... who knows? It is an if like you said here. We will have to wait to see what happens. The only roles I could see Shane McMahon in is leader of AEW's creative team or a GM for one of AEW's shows if he is hired.

It’s a great idea. They are trying to get a new tv deal and start a streaming platform. Both things that Shane excels in and we haven’t even talked about the years of knowledge he brings to the table from the wrestling side of things. This was taken inside of a conference room so it was a random person taking this. So it was taken on purpose and you don’t leak it if it isn’t happening. Shane McMahon joining AEW is good and scary at the same time. Like in WWE, never trust a McMahon. If I was TK, I would hire Shane as an EVP, or have him play a commissioner role similar to JJ Dillion in WCW. That'll be suitable for Shane. If TK hire as part of creative, it's not going work out because there's going to be creative difference. You don't want the drama to be like Bischoff and Russo in WCW 2000. If it's a one-time thing, I would let Shane be the guest host for All In.

Not sure what Shane would provide for on-screen apart from brief moment of 'McMahon' publicity. Is he a creative genius? No. Can he still wrestle? Perhaps, but time catches up to all and there's already enough of his style in AEW. Only role that'd fit for me would be as a GM or something similar. But that's kind of occupied currently with Daniels and the EVP themselves. So if it's not for the behind scenes business acumen, then I see no point long term. Specially with the history we have with AEW's storytelling.
