There are two Laws pertaining to the sentencing of nonviolent drug offenders with the same acronym-FSA. One signed by Obama in 2010( Fair Sentencing Act) The other signed in 2018 by Trump (First Step Act). Bush signed the Second Chance Act in 2007 as a rehabilitation and treatment bill. Obama reduced mandatory sentencing. Trump took the same acronym and all the credit. Read all three laws for yourself.

They benefitted on all ends the drug trade enriched lawyers, bail bondsmen, car dealerships, jewelry stores, Nite clubs, high-end clothing stores, record labels, hair salons and the prison system. Yeah, they dropped the hammer unfairly got even on a massive scale.
