Never been on Philly, but seems like the only place you can get a really good cheesesteak is on Philly. Every place I go, they suck. Too drippy, or not enough cheese. And for what I seen on this vid, the meat is nice and fresh. Last place I went had the meat frozen, yuck.

Pretty sure Tony Luke stole that idea from Dinic's. Funny how people from Philly alway whine and b!t@h when a chef puts peppers or mushrooms on a cheesesteak, but here we have one of Philly's biggest putting peppers and italian broccoli on his sandwich to compete against NY. I never do a cheesesteak where I can't add veggies.
