No matter what we think we will get back, sobriety only gives us what it gives us. Life gives us what it gives us. Using gives us what it gives us. In each case we have to manage ourselves and whatever comes with that. I'm pulling for you to have what you want, and the ability to handle it if you don't get what you want. Much love.

I love this unfortunately I had 12 years clean but I didn’t work the steps. I didn’t have a sponsor. I just did it for my family but after 12 years, I took that first drink and 15 years later I was doing coke and drinking heavy and I was just tired of being sick and tired Went into a treatment center got the tools that I needed the coping skills clean time sober time and that help me a lot. I was at there for 15 years after I took my first three until I went into the program and yeah, hopefully I’ll do it this time but thank you for the program here. I really love it. Thank you.

Drugs destroy our compassion and remove our humanity. I was on suboxone for over decade. I choose cold turkey and it was difficult, I was sick for long time. Leaving everyone I ever knew behind was harder, my family is mostly addicts too, but I would never trade life I found in my sobriety for anything in this world. Half my friends are dead from overdoses. I haven’t touched drug in over 3.5 years, If I can do it anyone can, just have to want it bad enough and accept price you must pay for it
