Hard to believe he’s gone...even though he hadn’t played in awhile. I last saw him in 2010. No longer able to sing at all, but the band did the singing, and the playing was lovely..had such a good time that night

His is my favorite version of this song. I agree his treatment of ballads like this really captures the tragedy and regret without being maudlin or overly dramatic. RIP dear Tony. Glad we can still enjoy your art.

@@alphabetsoup7995 When I went to Telluride in 2007 there was no seating provided - you had to bring your own. Merlefest has seating which is in regular rows - look at the end of the video.
