An improvement that a lot of people overlook is in endgame when hulk is about to snap we see Tony engage a wakandan holo shield. This is an upgrade to his suit's shield as in infinity war the power stone completely obliterated his nano bots when he used them as a shield and caused tony to actually run out of nano bots allowing thanos to stab him

This was explained in another video similar to this yes, the infinity war booster was because of that, problem is tho, it can only be used on emergency as it depletes energy. What's interesting in Infinity War is how much power the suit carries over almost 3 fights, one with Thanos kids, one with Starlord miscommunication and then it depleted entirely after thanos, I believe if he did get to suit to work alongside the stones he'd probably fix that energy first

In Avengers: Infinity War Tony used a shield made out of nano tech, but Thano's attacks made the shield to breakdown and loose lots of nanobots, So in Avengers Endgame Tony made a shield from a force field to prevent that from ever happening again.

The Border Tribe has force shield tech and Shuri introduced the nanobots suit via toothed necklace to her brother in the same movie. By the end of the movie, they promised to share the technology with the world. Leave it to Tony to apply it as he sees fit. (Also it was confirmed by the Russo brothers.)

If you watch his repulsors closely, the Iron Man suits all improve on the repulsor tech with each passing model. In the first movie we see lots of sparks and stray fires from the hands and feet as he flys, but by Infinity War those stray sparks are nowhere to be seen, and the movies in between show different levels of improvement from start to end.

In "Infinity War" Tony's two hand repulsors weren't enough to phase or hurt Thanos at all. In "End Game" when he tells Thor to hit him with lightning it powers up many repulsors that fire at once. They form into one concentrated blast that is strong enough to push Thanos back and make him stagger. Although Thanos ended up blocking the blast with his spinning sword thingy. Still a cool upgrade.

At a certain point, Tony began fitting his suits with multiple arc reactors, the most notable instances being Hulkbuster, running off the power of a whopping 11 individual reactors, and Hulkbuster Mk 2, which bumped that number up to 14 different reactors. The Mk 46 armor featured 28 micro reactors to supplement the main chest reactor, and the Mk 85 had 14 micro reactors with a similar function. By fitting his suits with supplemental, fully self-sustaining power sources, Tony ensured that even if the main reactor was rendered incapable of supplying the suit with power, the suit would still have a source of power with which to preserve the user's wellbeing. My only confusion is why Tony's suit during the events of Civil War had supplemental reactors while it would seem the War Machine Mk 3 suit, or any subsequent War Machine armors for that matter, weren't ever fitted with more than one. In fact, it appears that aside from Mk 50 and Mk 45, every depicted Iron Man armor created after Mk 43 was fitted with multiple arc reactors, but neither Pepper's Rescue armor or any rendition of War Machine was granted more than one.

I think it was because Rescue is meant for emergencies. Like when he needs Potts out of the conflict with just enough fire power to ensure none stands in the way. War Machine unlike his suits ia equipped with mostly ballistic weaponries with energy based like its repulsora as back ups. Plus it seems like it never adopted mk-42-48 suit up sequences that requires individual power sources. and instead just optas for the Iron Man 3, full body suit up.

I think another addition that you could add now that Spiderman: No way home is out is about the nanosuit too. When Tony was fighting Thanos in space (sorry cant remember the name of the world) his nanosuit gets damaged and doesn't move to protect, which in turn allows Thanos to stab Tony in the stomach. In Spiderman No way home, Spiderman's nanosuit actually moves from his head to his chest in order to protect the stabby stab from doctor Octavius at the beginning of the film.

that's a nice thought but that doesn't add up timeline wise... Tony made the suit prior to the fight but he had his fight with Thanos while Spidey was there, wearing the iron spider for the first time and then he got dusted. Tony doesn't see him again till the fight with Thanos in Endgame where Tony dies. Basically Tony never had time to make this addition to his suit so it was either always apart of his suit or Spidey did it himself but I believe the case for NWH was Spidey can control the nanos just as Tony could with his suit and he shifted the nanos to protect his chest rather than the suit automatically doing it.

I think prime iron man/model prime is one of tony's strongest suit(in comics)... Tony made it phase proof so vision can't phase through him and it has some regeneration power,like in the comics the suit was damaged by a strong explosion by captain marvel and the suit scattered into little pieces then as fast as a flash the little pieces comeback to tony and the suit was good as new... it has some firepower/weapons that even captain marvel can't absorb and can damage her.

Also an addition to the electrocution and power booster scene. In Endgame Tony upgraded his suit to fully harness Thor's lighting and repurpose it for an even much stronger and direct blast, this is a lesson he learnt in 2012 from his first encounter with Thor in the forest. Cap also learnt something in that forest, that he uses in Endgame. The Hammer and Shield colliding created a massive shockwave which we first witnessed in 2012, the same technic was used against Thanos when cap was wielding both hammer and shield. Marvel is amazing with detail and continuity

Also, in Infinity War, Tony draws from the nanobot reserve to form his shield. When Thanos was blasting him with the Power Stone's energy beam, he destroyed the nanobots, thus creating holes in the suit that gave him the opportunity to stab Tony. The "Space upgrade" just didn't happen Sure, he later made a space-specific suit, and MK6 wasn't made for that, but the reason the suit turned off, is because he ran out of power

Major thing you missed, when Tony upgraded to nano bots, his use of his shield deteriorated his supply of bots, ultimately leaving him vulnerable to be stabbed, he fixed this issue by upgrading to a holographic shield.

You can’t use the improvements with the Spider-Man suits a reflection of improvements in all suits. Spider-Man doesn’t fly. So makes sense to have a parachute. Also Spider-Man first Tony suit was made of thin material. Not a sealed suit of armour. Makes sense that it would have a heater/dryer. The other suits would have full climate control as they are metal. A person would cook in it otherwise.

Tony also made the change from a nanotech shield to a Wakandian shield he made this change because in infinity war when he used the shield to protect himself against Thanos it allowed Thanos to attack the suit making tony lose nanotech but in end game when he used his shield to protect hawk-eye its a Wakanda holographic shield

I just realised that not just his failures but also the main feature of each of his suits were adapted into later suits. E.G, the Mark 5 was about portability which became a precursor to the Nano Tech Arc Reactor, Multiple suits could be taken off on the fly which is yet again a precursor to Nano Tech, the Mark 39 could withstand space which is a further improvement upon the Gold alloy and lead to his future suits being able to withstand space, the Mark 26 was able to withstand Gamma radiation which coincidentally is emitted by the Infinity Stones, etc

Peter was given his suit with a parachute before war machine fell from the sky. So he already had that parachute before homecoming
