When he travels to different universes, that dosen't change the infinity stones, they retain the powers from its own universe. As stated, the infinity stones have unparellel powers, thus allowing there users to be able to use there powers in different realities. Also, he only used the reality stone to get larger, he used the power stone to increase his strenth. Also, the reallity stone created sentries but not life because sentries aren't alive, they don't grow, they are just robots.

I wish that instead of the excuse that each set of infinity stones is slightly different in each universe, Ultron simply revealed that he did the equivalent of a checkpoint save at one point of the battle and simply reverted there after they destroyed him. It would also emphasize the idea that he used that fight to learn more and further improve himself.

I have an idea about ultron getting bigger. In the comics, if you combine any of the 5 gems with the power gem, you increase the power of whatever you want to do with that specific gem. In this case, the reality stone(as said in the mcu) is being powered up by the power stone. That is just an idea. I dont know exactly as the infinity stones differ alot from the gems in the comics.

i think the reality stone has a limit so much so it can only be use on small objects and simple commands but with the power stone it has a stronger use so its limit is well unlimited. think about it the power stone is strong but it maybe able to affect the other stones like making them stronger and there limits well unlimited so it acts like a booster card. so reality stone can not only use illusions but maybe permanent changes like how snapping half of life away. combining the soul stone which will remove life and the reality stone so that every planet in the galaxy is affected the power stone to make all the stones possible to delete all life by enhancing all the powers of the stones and the time stone to do it with the snap of a second and the mind stone to make your dreams come true which is deleting half the population in life everything from a baby to a man. so the power stone is like a booster card to all other stones making the stones do the impossible thus confirming yes the power stone is the most POWERFULL stone especially when user can wield its power. that's my theory

the gauntlet gives nigh omnipotence. so you pretty much know everything that is happening in the universe, past and future, due to the time stone. i don't think the soul stone would do anything for a robot b/c soul implies a being having inner self. a robot has no inner self. also. the infinity gauntlet is limited by only being active in its own universe, it doesn't work in other universes, each universe has it own infinity gauntlet. the comic books kinda mess this up in the limited mini series called THE INFINITY GAUNTLET.
