Tony's arc is definitely about how selfless he's become throughout the movies, in the beginning he was a playboy selling weapons of war, and he's become more accountable for his actions and aware of the effects on other people. He's even sacrificed his mental health to try and protect everyone else. I can imagine him sacrificing himself by using the Infinity Gauntlet to bring everyone back from the dead

He’s the saddest character. He wasn’t loved by his parents, therefore didn’t know how to show love to his own kids and when he learned it was too late, he was betrayed by his friends and by his coworkers, constantly blamed for the things he couldn’t control and never appreciated for all the sacrifices he made, earning himself a bunch of physical and psychological problems. He ended up being a simple man who wanted a peaceful family with Pepper to raise Morgan and see Peter growing into becoming his legacy. Half of the world hated him, another half adored, yet he still was their only one chance to survive. He did it as he knew it’s his duty and no one asked what HE wanted. He died never experiencing the life he deserved

He was always super confident, happy and courageous But underneath it all he was kind, maybe a little insecure and he cared a lot even if he hid it from people very often. We see it a lot in life... People wearing masks of confidence and "I'M DOING GREAT! HOW'RE YOU?" but behind it all they often feel the opposite inside. Makes it even sadder when you think about how Tony had PTSD. Some of the greatest heroes are often the people who have worn masks for decades due to suffering they have been through. It drives them to help others and often sacrifice themselves for the greater good.

Risked his life to save his country even though hi power in the arc reactor is very low and almost dies. Also in avengers he was low on battery and goes into cardiac arrest saving the world. And even has anxiety and panic attacks due to everything and finnaly gets the arc reactor out after 7years of living with pain and even aftter this
