I enjoyed the movie overall but it was confusing as hell. It didn’t help that a lot of the dialogue was too fast or too low to understand. I was able to piece together a few things but most of it went over my head, I thought it was just me😆 I’m definitely going to watch it a few more times.

This movie made me doubt my intelligence. It was trying to do too much. It was visually beautiful. But combining the terrible audio and way too complicated plot. And I wanted to like it. I saw it twice and its a no for me. 5 out of 10 stars. Next time Nolan should do the next 007 movie.

Hmm, I didn't think the movie was that confusing at all. But I can understand why a lot of people do. I mean.. they explain how everything works right in the beginning, then they immediately GO IN on it throughout the rest of the movie. They don't really give you time to digest it. So if you didn't fully understand right at the start, you'll be confused or behind for a majority of the movie. In my theatre, a guy showed up like 20 minutes into the movie and I remember thinking to myself, "This man just wasted his money, he bout to be LOST." I thought they might explain it again as more characters got introduced, but they never really did. They just kept adding concepts on top of it. It was a pretty good movie to me personally, although I agree it'll probably be better on the 2nd watch.

Tony, welcome back. I too, stepped out to see TENET as my return to the theaters. I can appreciate that you would admit to being confused, as I was too, at the end of the film. At "curtain call", I made my way to the parking lot, my mind going over as much information as I could remember. I had questions on the ending that I had to get answers to. And I hoped you had done a review. Thanks for this one. I look forward to a review complete with spoilers at a later date. In TENET world, this comment was made before your review, and should be read backwards.

1. Prestige - when I saw this movie, I watched it probably 10 to 15 within that year. I loved it. I'm also a huge fan of Hugh Jackman. That movie had me guessing what happened til the end, and I love movies like that because I've studied only a little bit of film and foreshadowing. So, I can tell how a movie or sometimes a tv show season is gonna play out or who's gonna die within the first 5 to 10 minutes or the first episode, which my boyfriend gets annoyed when I do and it's correct lol

Tony you hit the nail on the head. When I went to see it I was with friends. And we actually laughed through the whole movie because we couldn't keep up.
